The role of Material Sourcing/Cost Analysist is to outsource new raw materials, new process, and new suppliers to carry out cost down projects and to analyze and audit all product CBDs to find cost saving opportunities.



  • Analyze and audit product CBD including raw materials, labor cost, overhead, profit, and mold amortization for find cost saving opportunities;

  • Outsource and perform cost down projects for raw material, labor cost, over-head, profit, and mold amortization;

  • Build and maintain raw material library;

  • Support new vendor on-board process.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ engineering background;

  • Min. 10 years’ experience in purchasing and manufacturing fields;

  • Familiar with international business practices;

  • Excellent skill of Microsoft Excel;

  • Good verbal/written skills in English;

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail;

  • Strong communication skills for negotiation;

  • Work independently to perform a variety of projects with different levels of complexity;

  • Continuous process improvement mindset and team player with high degree of self-management;

  • Ability to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
